Item # 1901   Hand carved parrot jasper beads in various colors of dark green support 5 highly polished magnesite flat truncated ovals.  The ovals are separated with delicately carved parrot jasper reminiscent of far east pieces.  The  parrot jasper beads range in size from 1/2" to 1/4" and the necklace measures 34" long.  The magnesite ovals are approx. 1.5" x 1" and the carved beads are approx. 3/8".


Because the stones are quite dense the piece has a satisfying weight without being cumbersome.

Item #1773  Eleven barrels of wonderful carnelian suspended by clusters of Turkish faceted glass in jet black and silver plate, set with accents of obsidian beads and sterling silver lazer cut beads.   The entire necklace is 32" long  attached to a heavy silver filled box chain.  The carnelians are a translucent caramel red and average 5/8" long by apprx. 5/8" wide. Includes drop earrings of 2 faceted beads mounted on surgical stainless steel wires.  Drops are approx. 7/8" long.

Item 1888 Large oval magnesite disc on gold filled wire wrap with blue green crystals, a large flattened antique crystal on gold filled 24" chain.  Disc is approx.  1 1/2" x 1";  total pendant is approx. 4".

Item #1897 Perfect example of the beauty of magnesite.  Dyed deep blue the various densities of the stone absorbing the dye in differing hues from deep cobalt blue to bright turquoise.  Graduated "teeth" are highly polished and separated in front by medium filigree 10 kt gold filled beads, and finished with small 10 kt gold fillers.  Price includes dangle earrings of small pieces of dyed magnesite suspended on gold filled chain with a finial of gold filled filigree.  Necklace is approximately 18" long and sits comfortably just below choker length.  Earrings are approx. 1 7/8" and are set on gold filled surgical stainless steel wires.

Item #1919  Elegant hematite collier featuring graduated hematite "teeth" in gun metal gray, and accented with 14kt gold filled saucers.  Hematite is a mineral found in iron ore and can be cut and polished to a high gloss.  It is dense and lays well on the neck.  The necklace is approximately 18" long.
